1. Start-up Package: First-year pro-bono accounting services capped at $1,500.

Criteria:

- Business yet incorporated, or < 2 years old

- Revenue/gross profits < $100,000 per annum

- B-to-B business

- Beneficial Owners (shareholders holding >25% of shares) must be current students (undergrad/post-grad) of institution

- Less than 3 directors/shareholders in total

- No corporate shareholders

2. Growing Package: First-year pro-bono accounting services capped at $1,300.

Criteria:

- Business > 2 years old

- Revenue/gross profits < $250,000 per annum

- "B-to-B" business

- Less than 5 directors/shareholders

- No corporate shareholders

Regular Value Proposition: First-year pro-bono accounting services capped at $1,000*.

*Starting 1 April 2017.  Clients who onboard before 1 April 2017 will continue to enjoy a discount of $1,200.
